On 9/20, Judge Amy Joyce heard argument in Albany Family Court re: 2 lawsuits against @HealthNYGov regarding the 8/1 PMPM & the Single FI. An expedited decision is expected soon.

So many consumers/PAs came to the courthouse that they couldn't all fit!
