I attempted to withdraw cash from an HDFC Bank ATM using my IOB debit card.

The transaction timed out, amount was debited, but cash was not dispensed.

I have attached the ATM screen photo for reference.

Kindly look into this urgently and resolve the issue.

@IOBIndia ₹342 has been deducted from my account for insurance without any prior intimation. Even my branch confirmed this. How can you deduct without my consent? I request an immediate refund. Thanks
