@ubereats_uk so disappointed with the service! I ordered at 6:50pm and delivery said 7:30pm which I was fine with, but then was delayed to 7:50, then the driver is now different & it's delayed to 8:30!!! I have two young children I need to put to bed and haven't had dinner!!!!

@Uber_Support so I have email offering free delivery on McDonald's, and on the list of restaurants it shows Colchester High Street, however on the app the only branch it shows is Leisure world and it says no couriers!?!? Why send me an offer that I can't actually use!?!?
