@MaghullFC_Blue @TheS_Resource Agreed mate. Session plans, key points, clear & concise then the actual excuton of technicals you learn doing the practical exam and watching the other coaches deliver theirs. Old way prepares new coaches much better.

@KevWeir1 Any coach stating ‘high ability’ should be given a wide berth. Yes, there are levels but if they’re not prepared to take chances & nurture potential can they really be classed as ‘coaches’? Often comes from those who get rid of players at will or have good facilities to lean on.
