Probable cause is required for the police to make a motor vehicle stop. The accident was the probable cause. During the inquiry phase about the accident the police must have seen signs of impairment. Such as bloodshot eyes, slurred speech, etc….

I believe many parents are getting development backwards. They are spending too much time/effort preparing the path for their child, instead of preparing their child for their path. I get it, no one wants to see their child fail, yet failure is necessary for meaningful growth.
