Does anyone have recommendations for alternatives to @Xfinity?

They really are messing up my billing due what one customer service rep called a technical error. They took money out of my account when I paid with my debit card, waited 2 weeks and said there was a reversal - yet I still had money in the account that day as well. One guy fixed it and said it was a technical error, then it somehow went back to the previous amount. I can’t afford $235.90 when I had budgeted the amount the guy that had fixed it said it would be.

I’m sending the chat I have screenshots of to the FCC, but that doesn’t help right now. I have been paying $140 month to month unlimited internet- so any comparable companies to that would be great. We’re in the greater Houston area.

The screenshot below is one where he was saying that after this bill going forward it would be $127 and I needed to pay $110 by June 30th. I double checked and the correct amount was reflected - until today when I went in to pay it - the amount had gone back.

Called customer service and got a very rude lady and when I asked her to let me escalate to someone in billing, she got on a robotic voice changer and said her name was Andy. I have it recorded.

Never knew @XfinitySupport could go so far downhill. Been with them almost 8 years and they could care less about their customers.

As long as media is ran on advertising dollars, corporate ad revenue will always drive the narrative.

I worked in country radio as a host for a number of years, and the advertisers could affect what music was played by threatening to pull ads. So if someone said something they didn’t like - the station would cave. Broadcast media is no different.
