🚨Karen Read and Aidan Kearney’s motions to dismiss have been DENIED.

The lawsuit alleges that Read and Kearney conspired to defame the plaintiffs by falsely stating they were responsible for John O’Keefe’s death.

👉 The FBI, the most powerful law enforcement agency in the country, investigated this case and found no corruption or conspiracy. They closed the case and allowed Karen Read to stand trial for murder—twice.
👉Karen Reads SUV’s tech stream Data/pulled directly from her car:
TRIGGER 1 (1162-1) matches up to Karen's narrative of making a three-point turn on Cedarcrest Road with John in the vehicle. On their way to Fairview Road, they missed the turn, and had to flip around.
Other data points used to narrow down on this being the exact moment of this maneuver...
• Steering wheel degree changes.
Reverse motion, distance, and then forward motion again.
• John's geolocation on his phone
TRIGGER 2 (1162-2) occurs 8 min and 5 seconds after the 3 point turn.
The data shows Karen's vehicle moved forward a bit, and then recorded her reversing 87 feet at 74.5% throttle.
(Triggers don't show the completion of an activity, so the full length could be longer). This is the moment that the expert asserts John was hit by her vehicle.
👉Karen Read told the world in 2023 that she knew exactly who killed John O’Keefe, only to claim in 2025 that she actually doesn’t know who killed him.
👉Karen Read had 9 vodkas that night and was legally drunk.
👉Karen Read’s car reversed at 75% throttle up to 24 mph for over 80 feet at the exact same time John’s phone stopped moving—forever.
👉John O’Keefe’s body was found in the same spot that Karen’s SUV was last seen.
👉Karen Read woke up John’s niece at approx 4:30 AM and said: “What if I hit him?” “Maybe I did something” and “Maybe a snowplow hit him.”
👉Karen Read called John’s friend, Jen McCabe before 5 AM, screaming that John never came home, that they had a fight, that she had left him at the Waterfall Bar and her taillight was broken.
👉When Jen told Karen they saw her car outside 34 Fairview, she changed her story.
👉Karen Read called John’s friend, Kerry Roberts at 5 a.m., screaming, “Kerry, Kerry, Kerry, John is Dead,” hung up on her, called back and said, “I think John is dead, I think a plow hit him.”
👉Karen Read pulled into Jen and Matt McCabe’s driveway, uninvited, at 5:35 a.m., screaming. Why was she screaming and why did she go to Jen’s house?
👉Karen Read showed Kerry Roberts and Jen Mccabe her broken taillight and claimed she had no idea how it happened.
👉Karen Reads car was documented with a broken taillight on John’s ring camera at 5:08 am AND 8:22 am the morning John was killed.
👉Karen Roads SUV’s taillight was found at the crime scene of John O’Keefe’s death.
👉Karen Reads suv’s taillight was found embedded in John O’Keefe’s clothing.
👉John O’Keefe’s hair was found on the back of Karen Reads SUV.
👉John O'Keefe's DNA was identified on the broken taillight housing of Karen Read's SUV.
👉Karen Read told Firefighter Flematti, "I hit him, I hit him! Oh my god, I hit him!" at the scene.
👉Karen Read told to Firefighter Nuttal, “I hit him, I hit him, I hit him” at the scene.
👉Karen Read asked Firefighter Whitley “if someone can survive in the snow without a jacket for many hours” in the ambulance.
👉Karen Read told firefighter Mclaughlin “I hit him” three times at the scene.
👉Karen Read told Firefighter Becker that she was sad because the last time she talked to John, they had a fight.
👉Karen Read told her father that she “struck something” while at the hospital.
👉Karen Read went to John’s house right after his death, only to disappear upstairs for minutes and leave in the middle of a blizzard, offering no condolences or comfort to his family.
👉Karen Read told investigator’s that she never saw John go into 34 Fairview, a year later she told 3 different stories of seeing him go in.
👉Karen Reads attorney stated that she had “No criminal intent and this was a terrible accident” at their arraignment.
👉Karen Read invented a story about “bad blood” between John O’Keefe and 17-year-old Colin Albert, including claims that Colin was dealing drugs and that John had reported him. John’s text messages regarding drug dealer have since become public, and they were not about Colin Albert. It’s clear she knew those claims were false and tried to pin John’s murder on a 17-year-old.
