@MyNykaa No one is aware what’s happening in the ground level. I was pissed off when my order was rejected for 4th time and now I am chasing for refund from last 1 month . Plenty of email has been sent to Nykaa but there was the same copy and paste reply. Very pathetic service.

@MyNykaa Such a pathetic service of Nykaa. My order has been cancelled 4 times and now I am not getting my refund. Customer service executives are are always giving fake promises for callbacks and no one is calling back. Now I have stopped buying from Nykaa and switched myself to amazon

@tataplayfiber Please give proper training to the customer care executives of Tataplay who are working in Call centre. It’s of no use complaining. They didn’t assist at all. I contacted one of my known person and he helped me to get a technician and he sorted the issue.

@tataplayfiber Worst service I have ever seen. Service Engineer Imran Ahmed has such an unprofessional behaviour. They stated it would be resolved 24 hrs without any tech assigned.
