Many people don't know you actually don't need WhatsApp Business before you can create a direct link to your WhatsApp account.
And for those who already know how to create a link, they don't know they can add direct messages to the link (especially for businesses).
Below are 5 useful WhatsApp hacks everybody should know:
1.🔹To create a direct link to your WhatsApp
Simply use: "https://wa .me/234XXXXXXXXXX" (remove the space I added, though)
Replace "234XXXXXXXXXX" with your number in international format.
For a Nigerian number like 08012345678, for example, it becomes:
"https://wa .me/2348012345678"
Anyone who clicks the link can start a chat with you without saving your number first.
2.🔹You can also add a direct message to the link
For example, if you want the person to automatically say "Hello, I am interested in your product," use the following:
"https://wa .me/2348012345678?text=Hello%2C%20I%27am%20interested%20in%20your%20product"
When someone clicks it, WhatsApp opens your chat and the message appears ready to send.
You can also edit it by replacing the words with what you want.
3.🔹You can have different links for different purposes
You can create one link for customers:
For instance, "Hello, I would like to place an order," is:
"https://wa .me/2348012345678?text=Hello%2C%20I%27would%20like%20to%20place%20an%20order"
And another for enquiries, such as "Hello I would like to make an enquiry," use:
"https://wa .me/2348012345678?text=Hello%2C%20I%27would%20like%20to%20make%20an%20enquiry"
You can put them on different platforms or flyers so you know what people are contacting you about.
4.🔹You can also thare a link that lets people choose who to send a message to
In this case, you don't need to include a phone number:
"https://wa .me/?text=Hello%2C%20I%27m%20interested%20in%20this"
When someone opens it, WhatsApp lets them choose the contact to send the message to.
5.🔹If you want to chat with someone without saving their number
You can also just turn it into: "https://wa .me/234XXXXXXXXXX"
Open the link and WhatsApp takes you straight to the chat.
........
Make sure to remove the space I added between "wa .me," though. The space is there because I don't want the links to be clickable from this post because X somehow frowns against such.

Land has Bafere!
I also lost 24m to Hozanna Real Estates in 2014.
I paid in Installments. They took me plots in Bulooba, I picked two adjacent plots, began paying slowly and finished paying. Then the drama began!
Turns out, they were selling land they didn't own. They had no titles.
Police didn't help, instead they took from me money. When I saw a lawyer and he read the agreement I signed with them, it was a very bad agreement.
It was what prompted me to enroll for an MBA at UMI. I wanted to understand Business Legal Framework and business principles having made very bad decisions and entered into bad agreements that led me to losses.
I graduated with a masters in Business Administration as a result of my poor decisions on buying land.
Now I am very alert. Nobody can defraud me.
I never really recovered my money. Hossana Real Estates settled the matter by giving me an alternative plot in a swamp in Kawuku, Entebbe Road. I took it and sold it off. The only thing I recovered was 8m.
When buying land, do your due diligence. Avoid the thing of paying in installments. Pay full amount on condition that you are handed the title and possession before the money moves from a third party holding the money and the seller of the land. Use the Escrow arrangement.
Any seller not willing to use Escrow is a mufere. Leave him.
Your laptop can have 16GB RAM, Core i7 and still be a very bad purchase.
Before buying a laptop, take not of these 10 things:
1.🔹Go for SSD instead of HDD.
SSD makes the laptop significantly faster when booting, opening apps and transferring files. It also doesn't make the spinning noise HDDs make.
You can check by pressing Ctrl + Shift + Esc → then Performance → then Disk.
2.🔹Having a high RAM isn't enough.
A laptop with 16GB RAM and a weak or old processor can still perform poorly. So it's important to check the processor.
3.🔹 Focus more on the generation of the processor rather than just “Core i5” or “Core i7.”
Never assume an i7 is automatically better than an i5. A newer-generation i5 can outperform an older-generation i7, depending on the specific processors.
When you check the model number for most Intel Core processors, the number immediately after the hyphen tells you the generation.
For example:
i7-6500U = 6th Gen
i5-8250U = 8th Gen
i7-1165G7 = 11th Gen
i5-1235U = 12th Gen
i7-13700H = 13th Gen
4.🔹Don't ignore battery health, especially when buying a used laptop.
To check on a Windows laptop, open Command Prompt and type: powercfg /batteryreport
This will generate a battery report showing the design capacity and full charge capacity. The bigger the gap, the more the battery has degraded.
5.🔹Check the screen quality, not just the size.
A 15.6-inch screen isn't automatically better than a 14-inch one. To confirm, go to Settings → System → Display → Advanced display to check the resolution and refresh rate.
6.🔹Check whether the RAM and SSD can be upgraded.
Some newer laptops have their RAM already soldered, meaning you may not be able to increase it later.
7.🔹Check the ports you need.
USB-A, USB-C, HDMI, SD card slot, headphone jack and other ports can make a difference depending on what you use the laptop for.
8.🔹For a used laptop, test everything.
Don't just open the laptop, see that it boots.
Test the keyboard, trackpad, speakers, microphone, webcam, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, charging port, USB ports, HDMI, hinges and screen.
Open a document and test every key. Play audio through the speakers. Connect to Wi-Fi and Bluetooth. Plug in a USB device and test the charger.
9.🔹Buy according to your needs.
For browsing, Microsoft Office, online classes and basic work, you don't necessarily need a high-end laptop.
For programming, heavy multitasking or professional software, you need a strong processor and sufficient RAM.
For video editing, 3D work and serious graphics work, you have to pay attention to the GPU, processor, RAM and display.
For gaming, don't focus on RAM alone. The dedicated GPU, processor, cooling system and display matter a lot.

As you wake up to go and work, learn to spend with discipline. If you pay for Netflix don't pay for Amazon Prime or YouTube Premium. If you are paying Spotify, avoid Apple music. My point is that study the options and have on choice with a purpose. Don't be stupid .
On a soft evening walk through Ntoroko, a lovely elderly fisherman called out to me: “Hello, sir, can you take a photo of me and my family? I’ll pay you.”
I couldn’t help but smile right back. “Oh yes, Mzei,” I said, “you don’t need to pay me a thing. I take photos of lovely
