I just read a worrying statement from the NNPP that the party is yet to receive the Certified True Copy of the judgment of the Court of Appeal four days after it was delivered.

Certified True Copy of judgment in a case that is so time sensitive like this should be made available to the parties immediately judgment is delivered.

We need to take digitalization of our judiciary seriously. Judgments of our courts should be uploaded on the website for easy public access.

I really want to digest the Kano and Plateau judgments decided by the Court of Appeal. The one of Plateau State is particularly of interest given the extant judicial authorities on the justifiability of the issue of membership of a political party.
