@1_more_teacher @MrTs_NQTs The difference between teacher ‘training’ (ITT) and teacher ‘education’ (ITE): learning to reproduce what you see versus learning to critically engage and innovate. The latter is an important part of any undergraduate degree without which we would have schools full of DfE robots.
