Still waiting for my refund in my bank account. Wallet money deducted on 14 Apr 2022 and still no credit in my account. @makemytrip @makemytripcare fools by sharing failed transaction details and asks the customer to check with the bank. @getmyrefundin

Follwin up my 2yr old covid times refund claim frm @makemytrip @makemytripcare der twitter team says refund was initiated in 2021 bt #funnyfact is account details had only been entered in 2022. To add to it MMT team emails me acknowledging dey r workin on the refund. #doglapan

@makemytripcare I fail to understand how did your team mention that payment was made in 2021 when the account details itself was given in APR 2022. Do you guys have a time machine? This is gvn proof dat u guys share any details just to close the ticket from your end and harass the customer.

@makemytripcare Exactly its taking longer than your TAT mentioned on your website of 12 working days. When your team makes claims of company policy then i believe even the refund has to made in time as per company policy.

As per RTI act they need to show the proofs to the consumer whatever is asked when they claim that the refund was made. But when they don't wanna give the refund they confuse with big words and policy this and that. #makemytripsucks

Another strategy for harassing the customer asking for refund from @MakeMyTripIndia is to keep on asking customer bank statement again and again everytime you call them. But #funfact they will not share the refund transaction screenshot of their own in the name of company policy
