At Suraj Water Park #GhodbunderRoad. Cars with @TMCaTweetAway stickers are parked on the road due to someone’s wedding and the rest of the traffic is getting blocked.

There are @ThaneCityPolice traffic officers who are aware of this mess but on phone they are saying “Abhi kya kar sakte hai?”.

@MahaDGIPR is absent like the so-called PWD. No? All I've ever seen of PWD is a few boards which convey the incomplete line "this is a *pothole-laden* PWD road".
