Earlier this afternoon, in what we anticipated to be a day of celebration finalizing our agreement, shockingly concluded with disappointment and last sec. proposals from management.

@JigsawProds, we've devoted everything to take this process seriously—it’s time you did as well.

All of which means locking in strong starting rates, work hours (both per week and weekend), raises, and vacation for every recognized freelancer.

At 1:00ET we'll be delivering our response to management's Job Descriptions and our Salary Proposals during negotiations. We also intend to ask several questions regarding the current state of television at Jigsaw. Stay tuned. #1u

We have now had 9 negotiating sessions with Jigsaw, the last one being on 6/22, where we've also reached a number of temporary agreements on non-economic proposals which we are excited about.

The Committee is thrilled about our tentatively agreed article on non-discrimination w/ @JigsawProds It guarantees candidates from underrepresented parts of our community are included in the interview process. Its great to see Jigsaw adopting and codifying our committee values.✊
