We were thrilled to join the @BugeseraDistr authorities and the community in Gashora sector for our #CommunityDay. Together, we helped repair a resident’s home that was destroyed by recent disasters and worked on rebuilding a damaged road.
Later, we engaged in a dialogue in which Resonate reminded community members that leadership begins when we take the first step toward solving challenges in our lives and communities, without waiting for others to do it.
In her remarks, Vice Mayor @umwalia9 encouraged community members to work together to identify challenges and find solutions, with each person being their neighbor’s keeper. She also assured them that the authorities are always ready to provide support.
We extend our sincere gratitude to the Bugesera District for their continued partnership. Special thanks to @AfriYAN_Rwanda and @impanuro for joining us for an impactful day, and heartfelt thanks to everyone who made this day a success!

What does resilience look like?
✔️It looks like showing up.
✔️It looks like trying again.
✔️It looks like believing that change, no matter how small, is possible.
At Resonate, we see it every day in the women and girls who choose #courage, #growth, and #leadership.
What does it look like to you? Let us know in the comments.
