There are many steps that need accomplished to become a PGA Golf Professional. One critical step in that process is the the PGA Playability Test. Way to go Hayden!!!

We recently welcomed 23 third-year University of Missouri School of Medicine students to Cox South as part of their orientation.

These students will complete their training with us and other local health care providers over the next few years before graduating from medical school.

We're proud to have them on our campus and in our community!

Chief alum Caleb Wiggins and dad Dennis came out to support the Chiefs. Caleb was home over Easter break. After a terrific time at KHS, Caleb attends Ft. Scott CC and plays golf for their team. The Wiggins family mean a lot to our team including Jill & Hayden. Go Chiefs!

The 2024 KHS Golf season begins today. This will be our first season since 2020 that these 5 men weren’t a part of our team. The 2023 seniors were L-R: Nick, Ty, Gaige, Caleb, & Garrett. You guys were fantastic Chiefs!!! Thank you.

Senior Caleb Wiggins led the Chiefs with a score of 78 and finished 4th overall in a field of 53 golfers. Sophomore Owen Jump shot a fine 79 to finish in 6th place. Both earned 1st Team All Ozark Conference medals for their performance. Congratulations!!!

The Chiefs Varsity finished in 2nd place and the JV 3rd in today’s tournament at Rivercut GC. Individually, five Chiefs took home top ten medals. Gaige -1st, Caleb-T-2nd, Ty-6th, Drew-T-7th, and Garrett-T-10th. Great job Chiefs!!!!

The thunderstorm arrived at Rivercut, but not all golfers were concerned about the weather. Keep watching and you’ll see the a golf cart emerge. I think they are moist. 😃😃😃😃
