@LiteracyPages I just came back from Ohio I presented with co-author (best friend) @JillDerosa. The school year is going good. I am part of a #TCRWP specialty group with @RebeccaCronin2 leading it. It's fantastic, I am learning so much from her. #G2Great
“Students need access to their teachers’ faith in their brilliance and their potential. Access to a supportive relationship with a teacher is key.” @hayhurst3@JillDerosa TY for the great conversation and the ✈️ PD. #wire4agency#G2Great

Spending time trying to simplify curriculum will always leave you feeling less satisfied & less effective. Curriculum isn't static, bc we are always discovering more about the learning process. @drgravitygLLC coined "admiring lens" does your practice reflect that? #wire4agency
@dubioseducator@just4kat1 My good friend @JillDerosa has a classroom library and another library that is for kids to take home books to keep we have to fortify access to books. Give them away, books make readers. #G2Great
A2 The first person to come to my mind is my friend and co-author @JillDerosa we share so many beliefs, and yet we see different things about kids. Our experiences color our perspective and that works to our advantage. #G2Great
@rmeyer4488 That is is why @JillDerosa & I wrote a book about Agency. Knowing how to learn unlocks everything /everything is deeply contextual to the learner’s sense of agency. “I want to learn…” The T who shows you were to look but not what to see. The construction of learning is literacy.
Inspire agency with effective tips from experts Jenn Hayhurst and Jill DeRosa. In ‘WIRE for Agency: Four Simple Moves That Transfer Learning,’ they address all aspects of agency with concrete actions to bring to the classroom. #wire4agency
