@13DroopyDog @Teachers__Unite I have learned this year that it depends on the board. Both waterloo boards are desperate for teachers and you likely won’t even have to do a day of supply. Hamilton I hear has redundancies

@nursekelsey Same thing is happening in teaching. Pretty much every day we get an email about staffing shortages and necessary changes. I know it’s not the same as your situation but it’s not a great way to start the day!

@mrfoulds @Teachers__Unite We also transitioned at that time and I think it actually made it easier. Everything was shut down so I had tons of time every night to fight with Aspen!
