People will believe whatever they want to believe. It could be completely fake and obvious, but they will believe it anyway because they want to, as it gives them a new theory in life. It spices their life up! #lesson13

Overall, this course has taught me so many different things about the uses, risks and benefits of social media, how it is used in different countries, the risks that come along with our smartphones and devices, etc. Definitely don't regret taking this course! #lesson13
Children should be taught in their classes about digital etiquette and how to compose themselves in an online setting. More and more teachers are incorporating technology into their lesson plans and children should know how to respectfully interact with each other. #lesson13
Parental blocking on devices is a goo way to reduce their child's exposure to online hate and inappropriate content (posts and comments) in various websites. #lesson13
Online hate has become a big issue these days, which is very concerning espeically since more and more young children have access to the Internet. #lesson13
Social media is also a great way to get many people to come together, whether it be to support a social issue in the form of a protest or by creating events that spread awareness about a certain issue. #lesson12
@AAprikian I agree!The Internet makes our everyday interactions way easier.Just messenger makes it so much easier to communicate with your group for a project, & google docs &hangouts lets us work on the doc at the same time & to have a virtual meeting in the comfort of our homes. #lesson12

@ScaglioneMaya Yeah it's crazy! Someone I know just travelled to Asia to watch people playing video games.. Apparently its a whole big thing these days whether it be online or at conferences. #lesson12

The Mickey Mouse Monopoly should be shown in schools and used as a way to educate children of the issues that are present in some of these movies! #lesson11
