Read the Second Amendment again this morning, noticed it DOES NOT say I need to possess any type of firearm owners ID card in order to keep and bear arms. (However, it does say, "Shall Not Be Infringed.")

But I do remember the court ruling that constitutional rights still apply to law-abiding Virginians.

Almost like that’s how the system is supposed to work.
