@benshapiro Seems Mr. Pelley aged out. The world is changing around him and folks who HAVE been successful find it’s hard to adapt. At least that’s what it seems.

Happens to most of us - at least it did for me. I left. Quietly. Wish them the best and move on.

@Graham_Couch Agree the process of electing trustees has to change. Not sure having the entire board appointed by another elected official is the way to go, but part of the solution. Definitely needs to be vetted and changed.

I didn’t watch the game and have seen the clip 2 or 3 times. What I see is a Freshman doing what Freshmen do sometimes in tough situations. He made a mistake. A big one for sure.

I am sure it will hang with him for a long time, but I also think he’s good enough — and has a good support system — that he’ll be fine.
