My view is the CEO of Octopus Energy is right. As I write 57+% of UK electricity in UK exl NI comes from Wind . Gas is 16+% it's Sunday 9am- a lower demand day and time. Wholesale half hourly wind ought to be much lower.

The UK electricity market is like the EEC’s Common Agricultural Policy, leading to UK consumers & businesses paying the highest bills in Europe, whilst we pay billions to wind farms to not generate.

It’s pretty grotesque. We need locational pricing now.

I discovered that Octopus only offer panels from one company who are JA Solar during a call tday . All JA panels are made in China. As Chinese Gov oppress Uyghurs and their people too I try not buy Chinese . Any plans to offer non Chinese panels too?

@RenewParty I think you have pointed the the precise piece of the article in the Guardian relating to behaviour and isolation which is the key. If you are essentially asymptomatic why take a test if you are self employed or on a zero hr contract if the result is no income if you test +ve?
