@rheem Did Richmond water heater team quit? Customer service is terrible. I have a case number from 2 weeks ago and now phone support doesn't answer line ever. It hangs up every time now PLEASE HELP haven't had hot water for weeks! How is this acceptable. Support page now disabled!?
