@factor_members The commercial position of almost 112k short a couple weeks ago is very close to historical extreme though.
And even more rare, copper also extreme positioning.
@factor_members Under the same theme, not sure if $SAB of Spain is inside the banks index, but it's a horizontal pattern.
42 weeks long. ATR entry would be 100% at 3.56 or so.
5,000 shares per $100K capital. Stop 3.38, first target 4.04, or just 3.99.
@DrJMedina I'm guessing that you've purged your belongings, both materially and emotionally, well enough to live a prolonged homeless life, maybe indefinitely?
@factor_members That actually brought the memories back that you would set an alert and wake up in the middle of the night to watch an order fill. New members might not know - how hard you worked at this craft.
I believe you were well into your 60s and still regularly waking up to work.
@Asman99772144@parafrog69@factor_members Continuation H&S is what I see. And it'll be a very profitable trade if it works, as MXN has higher rates than USD.
@factor_members I want to ask, in what situation would you go against this special report, e.g. to go long bonds and short rates?
I know you easily flip when chart no longer supports your thesis. And I'd like to test if you have that in mind - how you'd go long bonds?
@factor_members I find it amusing that, on one hand you keep saying charting don't give you edge, but on the other hand you are so particular to the classical principles of charting - wedge legs have to overlap, cup and handles are only in continuation, and on and on and on... 😀
@factor_members I find the holding fees accumulate fast, it's cost ineffective that way. No matter how you trade they'll suck your blood, the longer you stay in a position the more blood you let.
@factor_members There is no such concept as 1 contracts = 5000 bushels.
For example, CMC markets for corn, the smallest quantity is 100 units, which would cost $480 today.
In general one doesn't need to know futures spec. Just treat everything as if buying or selling points.
