@MilaKunisNow It’s all education.....same thing....you start cutting down on those and you feel better....your joints and even your moods and sleep...but again you have to try to see the benefits
@MilaKunisNow It takes time....it takes will power....some moderate exercise is huge.....don’t wait for a health scare...it’s not easy but it is doable no matter what age u wanna start it
@MilaKunisNow Yes!.....it’s just such a drastic lifestyle change for some.....some people just put there wellness on the back burner....it really is a commitment especially as we get older
@MilaKunisNow it’s just very difficult for some to start down that long road to a healthier lifestyle....once you’re there you realize how great you really feel....it’s getting there that people need help with ....Choices......I think you posed a reasonable concern
