@pizzahutuk Thank you for you reply! Unfortunately this does not help some people who have learning disabilities and are unable to use a card for payment. Do you not feel that you are discriminating against people by enforcing card only?@mencap_charity

@currys could you explain why you penalise current customers carphone warehouse. Trying upgrade my phone and was told that I could not have the in store price because I have a contract with you. But I could have the same phone and package for an extra £5.00 per month.
