@AineMaire03 @kim9973 He was also in that post when Loyalist thugs murdered Thomas Devlin. The Devlin family had to campaign for years to get a prosecution. They were blocked by the PSNI at every stage and had to go to the English CPS for review. Muir right at the centre of that one

@AineMaire03 @kim9973 Muir Clarke was a Chief Inspector at York Road PSNI. On the Shore Rd. Right in the middle of the area in question. He was never done meeting "community reps" from the area. They essentially made his career with a nod to NIO. Some coincidence.
