I confess I'm not eating all that healthy food anymore. Now I'm on McDonald's, candy bars, sugary drinks and burritos. Maybe healthier food would be even better but there's no substitute for being active and cutting calories to loose weight however you get your calories.

Never felt better other than when I finished the ECG, after which I sat on the couch for a year eating chips, fried chicken, pizza, ice cream and beer (very few McD's) gaining back every last bit of the weight I lost on that adventure. Lesson learned either way.
