There’s three, maybe four: Buchanan (triggered the civil war); Andrew Johnson. He was Lincoln’s VP. He was a Democrat racist who supported Jim Crow type laws; Woodrow Wilson. Another racist Democrat who segregated the federal government. That’s why blacks did not serve with whites during WW2 except as servants for officers. He created the permanent income tax, the Federal Reserve, the 17th Amendment among other things terrible things. Fourth world be Obama. He was the divider-in-chief that still echos across our society.
