I’m not a Christian, but that was not cool.

I have Christian friends who are still believers in Christ but have long ago pulled away from the church. They are now worshipping in private because their religion has become so weakened and corrupted by tolerance. The fact that this Olympic ceremony was allowed to happen proves my friends are correct.

There’s zero respect for the past or the Christian faith that built western civilization (and a good chunk of non western civilization).

Christianity was by far the GREATEST FORCE in history for spreading literacy, medicine, technology, trade, and civilization around the ENTIRE world, not just the western world.

Christian values ended many extremely common and barbaric practices like human sacrifice, “exposing” unwanted newborn daughters to their deaths, or the practice of “Sati” where the wife of a man who died was forced to commit suicide.

Everyone wants to hate on Christianity so much but they forget the barbarity that it replaced in civilizations around the Mediterranean in particular. “Our city is being invaded by Gauls. Oh, maybe we didn’t sacrifice enough children. Let’s throw 200 more crying kids into this fire pit and kill any mothers who cry during the sacrifice for impiety.”

Yes there have been wars and many conflicts either blamed or justified by Christianity (but not encouraged by Christianity itself), but let’s be real for a minute.

If it wasn’t for Christianity (or the values that ultimately evolved into Christianity), women and children in western civilization today would still probably just be property and slaves of men. We all owe a debt to it.

The American College of Pediatricians just put out a 🔥🔥🔥 statement calling out all the major medical associations by name for pushing the gender transition craze on kids.

They ask for these groups to "IMMEDIATELY stop the promotion of social affirmation, puberty blockers, cross-sex hormones and surgeries for children and adolescents who experience distress over their biological sex."

"Therefore, given the recent research and the revelations of the harmful approach advocated by WPATH and its followers in the United States, we, the undersigned, call upon the medical professional organizations of the United States, including the American Academy of Pediatrics, the  Endocrine Society, the Pediatric Endocrine Society, American Medical Association, the American Psychological Association, and the American Academy of Child and Adolescent Psychiatry to follow the science and their European professional colleagues and immediately stop the promotion of social affirmation, puberty blockers, cross-sex hormones and surgeries for children and adolescents who experience distress over their biological sex.  Instead, these organizations should recommend comprehensive evaluations and therapies aimed at identifying and addressing underlying psychological co-morbidities and neurodiversity that often predispose to and accompany gender dysphoria. We also encourage the physicians who are members of these professional organizations to contact their leadership and urge them to adhere to the evidence-based research now available.”
