@OptimumHelp I switched over from Verizon to Optimum Mobile and I found that Optimum Mobile does not support RCS Texting for iPhone. In order for us to have group chats, every owner needs to turn off RCS Chats to their phone.
I can't believe this.
What can be done?

Not having this feature causes group chat issues unless all non-Optimun shutoff theor RCS Feature. This is not acceptable.

@OptimumHelp @PanicCityMike My issue when I transferred from Verizon Wireless to Optimum is they do not support RCS Texting for iPhobes but T-Mobile does.
I can't get an answer as to why Optimum does not support this service.
This has created all kinds of issues with group chats. 😡
