@20CANIAC21@carlcpa66@JediMaster868@PittGuru Pitt had short yardage due to VT turnovers and were no less efficient with their backup qb, the qb think didn’t seem to be very meaningful
@DavidSHolz BUT WHY?! An army of robots to replace human labor which produces things for human consumption . For humans who no longer have income/demand to consume those things
@garrytan Is it only myself and everyone I know that hates the anthropomorphizing of your daily calendar and weather app? What purpose does this serve? Genuine nuance is not performative and it exists because we know things about each other that doesn’t appear in a data file.
@ZackMaril@EoinHiggins_ A little difficult to think outside of my own work/task bubble but much of what it does in my world creates more work or produces a less than credible product. The more I use it the less impressed I am but I recognize my bubble or experience may be too limited
@BuckeyeGrad1999@LighthouseDPC This whole discussion does lay bare the uncomfortable truth for Drs - fuck the patients, everyone just wants their piece of the pie
@MikeRNewton@Random__Kids@mattyglesias Single payer solves the issue of insurers having too little leverage. Your post I was responding to shows a childish understanding of how things work
@MikeRNewton@Random__Kids@mattyglesias So dumb. The purpose they serve is to pool risk and fund the entire system. Without insurance, if people paid out of their pockets, they would often just go without care. Providers purpose is to provide care and extract as much from payers (insurance) as possible
@TseLabs@Xdotcomreader@mcuban Provide evidence that costs are high to compensate for denials. Providers are generally very profitable, far more so than insurers (despite what they want everyone to believe)
