Is the Board saying that LGBTQ+ individuals are equal to everyone else, or are they in a social class above everyone else? Because if you're saying they're equal, does that mean the Board will also designate a month for non-LGBTQ+ individuals? And if you're saying LGBTQ+ individuals are superior to others, isn't that discriminatory?
