1. chance to play the ball
2. reckless use of force
3. Hit area
Balogun matches 2 of those 3 and should get a red carrd by rule. You can disagree with those rules, but the FIFA is responsible for them and can change them and dislike it

@Javi_USMNT They all are diffrent from balogun. Ronaldo served a one game suspension. All Red Cards listed here are from a competition that is not the WC and arent suspended. Before red cards from other competitions were always excluded they just added the qualification to that list too.

@AaronTalley @starsnstripesfc @lordwithnail Well even in normal speed its a clear red card, so it doesnt really matter. The decision on the field was clearly wrong VAR corrected it. This Protocol nonsense is just a constructed reasoning for FIFA they can hide behind.
