@tiktok_us The original ticket was created on Feb 2nd ,and never been answered since then until today .Ive spoke to 9 agents ,all the answers I received were to wait certain amount of time from 24 hours to 48 hours .Now my total waiting time is around 900 hours ,still couldn’t get any reply
