Just saw someone argue that landlords selling their buy to lets to tenants at a discount will result in rent increases but surely that’s not true?
While it will result in a reduction of properties available to rent it also means a commensurate reduction in demand, right?

@SpiltMilkStudio The gravity glove grab in Alyx is a core mechanic and has the same motions as a throw but in reverse making it a sort of inverse throw. Does that count?
