@austeni Think of it this way, in the age of mechanical backhoes, digging a hole for a foundation is outdated. That doesn't mean, however, that it can't be done but that there are better ways to get the job done
@austeni Please note the subtlety of L14's "outdated." He doesn't say that war is impermissible or inadmissible but only that we have better tools for conflict resolution. If and when those tools fail, the old defensive tools of just war still apply.
