@micheal_ws18 Best thing i did when I turned 40 was get a dog and started walking x3 times a day with him. That on top of changing my job to one where I am on my feet all day I clock in 20-22K steps a day now and have never been healthier

@trwsenti I work 10 hours a day, sleep 6-8. I cook, clean a little portion of the house daily, set aside time daily for my hobbies, workout daily, and take care of my dog with multiple walks a day and play in the yard. Its a commitment/ time management problem not a work problem
