@leverus I wasn’t much of a reader until I picked up “game books” aka “choose your own adventure”. The classic Fighting Fantasy ones are great one shots or the Lone Wolf series by Joe Dever. Think you can get the latter online, Project Aeon or something like that it’s called.

So it's unfair that the penalties are pretty serious for a small company, but irrelevant for a large company. Which is why so many plcs just ignore the rules.

Time to increase the penalties for large companies, unless they've a really really good reason for filing late.
