[Jimmy Hull @JimmyFHull]

Today I had the pleasure of watching one of my lads pass his AAPTI cse.
Buzzing is an understatement, now covid restrictions are easing bring on many more days like this!

[Will Meddings @WillJMeddings]

SSgt H received his Commander Field Army commendation for his work in Kabul in 2020, working out how to reintroduce #COVID_19-safe physical training across the #NATO force.

Tug of war, yeah we won that…..
Any guesses for who the nation we pulled over the line 😉

[Jimmy Hull @JimmyFHull]

Had a fantastic time out in Poland with Poacher Troop. Integrating with the NATO forces, and taking the Romanians and US forces for PT.

[Jimmy Hull @JimmyFHull]

Enjoyed a bit of multi national PT. Taking the US forces for some aerobic training. 🇬🇧🇺🇸

[Jimmy Hull @JimmyFHull]

Well this is exciting!
All for a bit of Battle PT prep

[Jimmy Hull @JimmyFHull]

Workout of the week for the lads. 😈

[Jimmy Hull @JimmyFHull]

Endurance matches. Great way to develop muscular endurance, keep the heart rate working during the aerobic zone! What better way to go through the woods ⚔️🔴⚫️

[Jimmy Hull @JimmyFHull]

Looking forward to catching up with so many friends and family! This quote from the Boss last year!

[Will Meddings @WillJMeddings]

Congratulations to Cpl Quinn who’s just passed selection for @RAPTC_Official.

For the last couple of years he’s been leading the Poachers’ rehab platoon, getting injured soldiers fighting fit again. He’ll be a superb ‘muscle-buster’.
