Be open and honest and tell them what you need. Exactly what you need.

You’ll be surprised how people will step up. Or you’ll be surprised at how immature they act.

Either way you’ll know.

And you can live and heal or just move on.

Set down that responsibility, and be the best version of you. This is the version that will work with a partner to create a magic marriage. This is the version that shows up to work and is a joy to work with and who gets things done.

You can only change your thoughts and your actions.

@kalezelden Interesting. I truly wonder about those who “just turn” and continue to live life —far from the fold —without any professional help or some type of organized treatment. In my experience treating OCD, I suspect that the scrupulosity will find another way of manifesting.
