@TraderSumo1 Both are appealing.
Would you add 25-50k accounts as well?.
Also trailing drawdown or EOD type of accounts.
Also id lower the cost
like 350$ for a 25-50k account and a 10k account cheaper but the profit cap lower of course.
@TraderSumo1@JeredKing@masterblack64@TradingLucid Im banned from Apex. Im not allowed to scalp like i used to in MFFutures, TPT im moved to live and for the obvious reasons lol, count me in your prop firm, but know im scalping ๐๐
I will die on the hill that discretionary trading has significantly more in common with chess and golf than it does with poker.
Predictive thinking being the key commonality.
Another interesting thing I noticed is the quant v discretionary styles of trading remind me of the Bryson v Tiger styles of golf. Ones a feel player the other is a human computer.
Feel vs a data driven approach - intuition vs quantitative analysis.
Both can effective.
This ties directly into the argument I often make when someone says โHFTs make it almost impossible to be successful scalpingโ.
HFTs and I have two things in common - we are both trading and we are both trading to make money. Thatโs where the similarities end.
Our end result and our vehicles are the same however the games we are playing to get there are completely different.
Too many variables too many combinations to make blanket statements on what is possible.
