As one of the most enthusiastic supporters of @Theta_Network, I felt it was important to read and understand the ongoing lawsuit between a disgruntled former employee - who appears to be attempting to "weaponize the courts in pursuit of a quick payday" - and #THETA.

In summary, the Exhibit B clearly states that "each of the former employee’s claims lacks merit, and more importantly, all of them fall within the scope of an arbitration agreement."

According to the Exhibit B from the link below, Given the many generous opportunities the company provided for better performance, not sure why the former employee chose to stop investing the time and energy expected of a full-time role.

Most importantly, the former employee’s allegations regarding alleged fraud and other purported misconduct by Defendants are unfounded.
