Afterwards, as my father and I were leaving, I remember just telling him what he wanted to hear, but I do remember feeling lighter and very greatful for that particular bishop.
I am now into my 30’s and no longer LDS, but I do still get random jolts of appreciation towards this bishop when this memory comes up. I wish to be this person for others as well.

@adryanashton @Iowana22 POTS is more of a second-order effect. Doctors don’t fully know what’s going on when someone has POTS. It’s most likely some sort of immune dysfunction that we (including the medical community) just don’t fully understand. Probably where the confusion is coming from

Met an engineer last night that isn't into AI.

He got laid off in Feb.

He had an interview recently and the CTO ended the interview midway when he said he hadn't used AI much.

Feel bad for the guy, but it's true basically no company would want him.

He told me AI has yet to prove its worth and it's all just hype. I didn't try convince him otherwise. But feel bad for him. Might never get a job again. He's convinced AI is a hype cycle that will die down.

Yesterday I uploaded my auto insurance policy to Meta @Muse and asked for a better rate with identical coverage. In ~5 minutes, it found a policy saving me $3,500 /year, bought it, and canceled my old one.

I knew I was overpaying. I’d abandoned several attempts to switch because insurance websites and aggregator portals are so painful.

Why fill out forms, compare quotes, and field sales calls when an agent can finish the entire job in five minutes? Killer product.
