Life starts today. If you don’t stand for something, you will fall for anything. I’m warning you right now, it’s going to be loud and it’s going to be funky 💜
The bias and arrogance of @ITVRugby commentators is incredible. SA v england is ‘the pick of the opening weekend’. I’d suggest that NZ v France or even Aus v Ire offers a far better feast of rugby.
I doubt I will receive a response as @tfwrail don’t like criticism. Passengers have put up with a lot over the years in the promise of improvement but all we get is bogus debits and bloody trams. Never mind it’ll all be forgotten when top brass are at the palace for their gongs
What the hell is going on with @tfwrail payments? I’ve been charged a £20 penalty fare because the system threw a wobbly and now I receive a tap notification when I’m in the pub and haven’t travelled for 3 days. They push customers to use systems that are obviously faulty.
In 1977, Richard Pryor spoofed Star Wars by playing himself as a bartender in a Cantina sketch for THE RICHARD PRYOR SHOW. He personally asked for George Lucas's blessing, and Lucas was such a big fan of Pryor's, he not only said yes but also gave Pryor various masks and costumes used in the film 😂 hilarious
DID U SEE IT IN THE THEATER? 40 Years ago today, @Prince premiered his 2nd movie Under the Cherry Moon in the unlikely locale of the Centennial Theater in Sheridan, Wyoming when a local girl won a contest to have Prince as her date at the movie premiere in her hometown.
The film was mostly shot in Studios de la Victorine in Nice, France and on location in the French Riviera. Prince and Jerome Benton play gigolos who target and swindle wealthy women. The drama and hilarity ensues when Prince’s character Christopher Tracy fools around and falls in love with the 21-year-old heiress Mary, played by Kristen Scott Thomas.
Which one of you saw it the most in theater?
