@helios_brah Brother, I have sleep, hormonal/sex, cognituve, digestive issues for years been doing all the right things with sun and blue light. Hair test awhile ago said i had high mercury that's the only clue i have and I've tried so much. Love your and uncle Jacks stuff please help!
