During the #COVID19 crisis, nations said we must never again be left vulnerable to pandemics. Governments are nearing the end of negotiations on a #PandemicAccord and stronger Health Regulations for a safer 🌍 and future. I encourage them to #GetItDone, @PaulGarwood @DrTedros.
