Really disappointed with @amazonIN. I had a prepaid order worth ₹24,000, but the delivery agent didn’t even attempt proper doorstep delivery—just one missed call from the gate and the order was instantly cancelled.(he is refusing doorstep delivery to our entire society since so many days)

This is extremely unfair and unprofessional. Why should customers suffer due to poor delivery service?
