It's taken me awhile to see connections among various estimators.
@MarriottBonvoy@WHotels@JWMarriott@Westin Stayed at Westin Michigan Avenue Chicago from 5/25-27. The hotel security broke into our room without our consent while we were sleeping and half-naked. This was a disaster. Posting here so other victims could get together and call for their rights.
I'm glad to be in beautiful DC for #AERE2024 to present my paper on wildfires and pop. growth - I really appreciate all the opportunities for connecting via the coffee meet-ups and dine-arounds!

(It's not clear that the boost to downstream outcomes like flyouts could hold in long-run equilibrium, or that added visibility really is the mechanism driving it. But still, pretty striking, QED!)
I love my PhD at @USC_Econ and feel fortunate to land a job at the @MinneapolisFed alongside wonderful colleagues in the Quantitative Fellow Program starting this July.
