I met @OliFeldmeier right after the token incident at @token2049 in Singapore.

He might not be as active on X (yet) as @elonmusk or @realDonaldTrump, but after working closely with him through that chaos, I’ve seen what solid, steady leadership really looks like.

Running on 3 hours of sleep, handling nonstop calls, rebuilding systems, yet still showing up clear-headed, calm, and honest with the community every single day. One-take videos, no PR polish, just transparency.

It made me wonder: if it were me, could I stay that composed (I’m Gen Z)? Probably not... But seeing how he managed pressure changed how I think about leadership.

No pain, no $GAIN, every setback is a valuable lesson.

The crypto space is loud, full of builders, dreamers, and those just passing through. Learning to tell the difference is part of the process. We’re all figuring it out, and I’m glad to be learning from the real ones.
